Intec appeared on the original Developer list in 1993. I cannot find any 3DO games they were linked too.

Overview

Intec are a large Japanese Technology company, they published games exclusively ont he TurboGrafx between 1989 and 1994 but seemed to get out the games business when the machines was cancelled.
