Overview
The only information I have found is the hidden video on the GameGuru, The company was run out the home of founders Mark Rearick and John Elliott. I think that they were potentially absorbed into Studio 3DO but could be completely wrong.
I also cannot find a logo (GameGuru seems to be just text)
