Research Overview
Only evidence this was planned/in Production is a Youtube video that appeared on Nov 15, 2010. A User named Kuokka77 uploaded [music: Powermonger (unreleased opening score)] with the narritive - 'A treat directly from Jason Whitely. He composed Powermonger soundtracks for both PC and 3DO Interactive Multiplayer video game console.
The 3DO version of the game never got released.'
I am presuming that it would of been an EU/NA release to fit the narrative of the PC Dos release.
