Overview

Foley Hi-Tech was a video game development company founded in 1983 by David R. Foley in San Francisco, California. The company was involved with the development of Sega Channel doing artwork and menus and also working on various porting of games to systems such as the Gameboy and Jaguar. There were rumoured to have various unreleased products including a Web Browser for Mega Drive, the Web Blaster, to be used on the service and various Mega Drive and Sega Mega-CD games.
