Interactive Television Ltd appeared on the original Developer list in 1993, but did not publish or develop any 3DO games.
Overview
I can't find too much information on them, they seem to produce graphics and videos for clients. It looks like they went out of business, merged or just changed names in 1995 as they changed their name to Foxhalf Ltd, who further went out of business in 1998.
