October 13, 1995 AMERICA ON LINE CHAT FEATURES INTERPLAY'S WOLFENSTEIN 3D ON 3DO Irvine, Calif. -- Interplay Production's Wolfenstein 3D for 3DO, will be the main feature of an AOL chat that will take place on Tuesday, October 17, at 5 p.m. PST. Members will have an opportunity to chat on-line and ask questions regarding Wolfenstein 3D, which will be released October 16 for the 3DO system. Wolfenstein 3D puts you deep into the heart of Castle Wolfenstein, the feared Nazi prisoner-of-war camp. It's packed with heavily armed soldiers and rumors of twisted biological experiments used as guards. All you have is a knife and a pistol, and your wits to escape. The fast, first-person virtual world of Wolfenstein makes you feel as if you are really there. Wolfenstein producer Rob Pardo will be on hand to chat with members and answer questions. "I expect some really good questions from the members participating in this chat because Wolfenstein is a fantastic action packed game that will have everyone talking," said Pardo. Interplay's vice president of marketing Trish Wright added, "This chat allows us to have direct contact with our customers and listen to what 3DO gamers really like and want in their games."
