It was led by Riccardo Albini, known above all for having created Fantasy Football; the other members of the firm were Alberto Rossetti and Benedetta Torrani.
In January 2000 Studio Vit srl was acquired for 70% by Kataweb of the L'Espresso Publishing Group . Kataweb was mainly interested in Fantasy Football, whose portal fantacalcio, was then the largest Internet sports community in Italy, with 60,000 registered teams and 3 million visits per month.

- Videogames (later Videogames & Computer ) - from issue 1 (January 1983) to issue 36 (April 1986)
- Zzap! - from number 1 (May 1986) to number 22 (April 1988)
- K - from number 1 (December 1988) to number 68 (January 1995)
- Game Power - from issue 1 (December 1991) to issue 66 (November 1997)
- Zeta (later PCZeta ) - from issue 1 (February 1995) to issue 69 (March 2001)
- In the mid- eighties Studio Vit also edited the Ottobit IT column within the weekly Topolino .
