Top Ten Software appeared on the original Developer list in 1993, but did not publish or develop any 3DO games.
Overview
The Logo, even being very basic, was filed as a trademark in 1990, with the reference to "For Video Game Programs featuring simulated automobile racing", however, I cannot find any other information about the company nor any releases.
